NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A suspect was taken to the hospital after being shot by cops in Brooklyn.
At around 10 p.m. on East 34th Street and Church Avenue in East Flatbush, officers shot a gun-toting suspect in the leg, police said.
The suspect was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County with non-life threatening injuries.
A gun was recovered at the scene.
Police have not specified what led to the shooting.
