NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A man was shot in the torso and killed in broad daylight Monday in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.
Shortly after 10 a.m., police were sent to 1364 New York Ave. for a call of a man shot, the NYPD said.
They found Delroy Browne, 27, who lived on the same block, unconscious and unresponsive at the scene with a gunshot wound to the torso, police said.
Paramedics responded and rushed Brown to Kings County Hospital Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
As of late Monday, there were no arrests and the investigation continued.
